Today at church I saw a man using an iPad. Now as much as I advocate consumerism, this man (and anyone else who buys an iPad) are extremely foolish victims of consumerism. The iPad is an oversized iPhone that doesn’t fit in your pocket or make phone calls. BUT ITS LIKE A LAPTOP!!! No. It isn’t. It lacks the ability to download any of the crucial software requiring a windows OS or even most software that works on Mac OS’. For god sake the over priced beast still doesn’t have FLASH SUPPORT. No keyboard either so have fun typing essays on a touch screen.
Conclusion: Buy a net book, and god help those who, for impossible to understand reasons, have already indulged in the iPad.
